Absentee management is our primary service areas. Protection of your home asset provides absentee homeowners peace of mind. TAG Management will insure your home is being monitored by performing a detail inspection of your home on a weekly basis. The home visit includes a documented report which provides the absentee homeowner comfort knowing we are there when you can’t.

     Verify contract services are performed

     Inspect perimeter doors and windows

     Remove solicitation and debris from entrance

     Mail pick up

     Inspect thermostat for proper setting

     Inspect kitchen appliances

     Inspect lights

     Inspect faucets, toilets, washer, water heater

     Test smoke detectors—monthly

     Start autos—monthly

     Replace air conditioning filters—Quarterly
